i am the partner of the firm and i want to get my firm registered? please guide me to get my partnership firm registered? I am already having service tax and TIN registration. all i want to know that how can i have legal registration of the firm? will it be through Court or Indian Act Law??

No. You have to apply to the district registrar in the prescribed form with the enclosures like partnership deed, members details, prescribed form, Registered lease deed (for leased) etc.
