Dear All
As I am constructed one building which is belonging to Six flats out of that Five flats i want to be sold and one kept for me.
Please give me a suggestion whether I require registration no. and collection of service tax

No need to pay service tax, Not covered under 'residential complex' definition as no. of units are less than 12.
