Dear Sir/ Ma'am
I am setting up a wheat sortex plant. The machinery required for that is subjected to 14% VAT. Also the Iron used for fabrication also attracted 5% VAT. Will my firm be eligible to get rebate on these VAT amounts?

Capital Assets for business purpose can get ITC as per state vat rules.
