If Loading Charges & Freight Charges including in invoice & Charge on that amount MVAT is it write relating of vat act?
for eg.

Sales 12.5% - 1000.00
Excise Duty 10% - 100.00
Edu. Cess 2% - 20.00
S&Hs Cess 1% - 10.00
Loading & Freight Ch.- 50.00
Sub Total = 1180.00
Maharashtra Vat 12.5% -148.00
Total = 1328.00
