Please guide me i am purchaser i pay to total bill amt including vat but party not pay to sales tax dept so we are defaulter for tax credit

yes, if for tax credit if you want some certificate from the party and ETO vertify the tax payment with buyer vat retrun it may possible you not get the credit of tax.
