Regarding uploading the income tax return

I have a query. What are the documents to be uploaded at the time of uploading 3CA,3CD, or 3CB, 3CD.

Is it necessary to upload P & L A/c and Balance Sheet or is it necessary to attach annexture also. Please clarify.

21 September 2013 yes it is mandatory to upload balance sheet and profit and loss along with tax audit report.
While uploading tax audit report you would find a list of documents to be attached there.
