Regarding transfer in articleship

30 October 2014 Dear Sir,

My friend is doing Articleship, pursuing the first Year & She wants to take transfer from her principal Firm which is in Jaipur, and she is a regular student of B.com Final Year from the college of Jaipur itself.
She wants to take transfer in another city (Hanumangarh), is it possible to do so ??? and what are the consequences ?

30 October 2014 it is possible to take transfer during first year without any problem as long as the principal agrees.

the only issue I can see if whether you have submitted form 112 for pursuing additional course which can be an issue given that ICAI doesn't permit students to pursue regular college where class timings clash with office hours

30 October 2014 I have Submitted the form No. 112 as a regular student, But now i am student of Final Year and Examination Form is also Submitted.. 75% attendance will also get completed.

30 October 2014 ok. then just file Form 109 with the current principal..and form 102/103 with the new principal

30 October 2014 It means no problem will arise in my transfer
even when i am a regular student in jaipur and getting transfer in Hanumangarh ??
