Regarding transfer in articleship

27 September 2014 Sir i want to ask that my first year of articleship ended on 12 sep 2014 and i took transfer from the firm on 10th sep 2014... i want to know that to be safe from the rules and regulation of icai.. i wud get registered in articleship on or before 12th sep i.e in the first year or can be registerd in next year i.e 13th sep ( i want to know dat.. if already taken transfer in first year article is required to get registered within 1 yr ??)

27 September 2014 doesnt matter. however, ideally register with effect from 11th september provided you have a franked Form 102 or stamp paper of date prior to 12th september..
