What is the procedure of getting transfer for articleship ? I mean what forms are to be executed ?

1.Execute Form 109 for discontinuance/termination of articles with present employer.
2.Execute Form 103 for registration of articles with new employer.
2.Execute Form 103 for registration of articles with new employer.
