Please tell me the forms to be executed for transfer ....what is the difference b/w form no. 109 & 120 ?Do we have to submitt both of these along with 102 & 103

Form 109 is for taking termination
Form 120 is for certfying that you have served for a specific period with your employer
Form 102 is for registration/re- registration
and
form 103 is the deed (or a contract)for enterering in to a agrrement to serve for a sepcific period to employer (i.e articleship)
Form No. 120 must be send within 15 days of termination of articleship
