Regarding the completion of artileship

12 April 2018 Hello all .. !! I am CA final student annd will appear exam in

november 2018.my articleship will complete on next month.i have taken

45 excess leave than permissible.i request to principal to not show

this leave on paper and will come office after exam for excess

leave.but they denied . actually they promised me at the time of join.

but they didnt do that.i have noted one weaknesses of principal that

they are not paying stipend regularly as per rules.sometime they are

paying stipend of two months together.now i want to ask you that how

can i take advantage of this weakness of my principal other than

taking transfer?

12 April 2018 what you are asking the principal to do is illegal where as was what the principal has done is a mere irregularity. So don't Bother taking your chances on this.
