20 August 2018 Dear sir I have won 400000 my tax is deducted by Dream11 under 194B 30% I am salaried person income is 250000 pa

If I file for income tax return can I get the claim back when I askig them they are saying me to approach C/A

can I get the refund of tds deducted if yes how

20 August 2018 I think no way for claim refund for Prize winning related TDS. It's flat rated no refund.
