Hi,
One of my client who is a doctor is working in hospital (fulltime), but the hospital deduct their TDS u/s 194J(For Professional),then while filling the return how should I make planning so that we can take optimum benefit of the exemption.
Can anybody plz guide me.

if you are income tax liability is less based on that you can apply for TDS exemption or lower rate certificate

YOu can show conveyance expenses, claim depreciation on any assets used like motor car for travelling and other sundry expenses to minimize ur income and save maximum tax.
