recently we have a hip replacement surgery for family remember we paid money so can we have income tax exemption on those bills .

01 February 2010 For Medical treatment please check the Sec.80DDB and rule 11DD by the board according to that medical treatment of a specified disease or ailment allowed as deduction .so please check the same whether your treatment is eligible
