I have 2 lac salary is it taxable?

Yes it is more than exemption slab which is Rs. 160000 for Individual and Rs. 190000 for resedent woman individual.
salary of Rs. 2 lac still taxable..you can save tax by get the deduction u/s 80C.

For A.y. 2012-2013, limit of male individual is 180000 instead of 160000.

Take exemtion of HRA, submit medical bills and chance are that u need not to submit your ITR.
