27 October 2014 Dear Sir

As i am live in Delhi having registration also in Delhi like NRO but i have joined the industrial training in noida and plz tell me form 104 is submitted to vishwas nagar branch and kanpur branch bcz there is the discrepancy bcz earlier i have undergone training in delhi now i am taking transfer on the basis of induastrial training and delhi transfer case

27 October 2014 you should submit with CIRC ie Kanpur branch..

27 October 2014 But sir as i am registered in delhi and today i have to be submitted and icai (vishwas nagar ) accept it and but some of the friend was told me for kanpur branch and i m js check this it and ask query can i post the submitted copy of form 104 to kanpur branch or icai do it self by own . can u plz tell me

27 October 2014 it doesnt matter where you have registered yourself as a student. the firm/company's registration with ICAI is the relevant parameter.

further, acceptance of form at Vishwas Nagar/ITO office reception is no parameter of correctness of filing

28 October 2014 but my transfer case in final year of training and icai not accept single form 109 in case of final year of training that is why they were told me to submit form 109 along with form 104 and that is whty they accept it but my question is can i courier the recieved copy of form 104 by icai to kanpur branch .
