Regarding SSI Exemption under Excise

Can an LLP get the exemption under E/N 8/2003 by using the brand name which is registered in the name of one of the partners of LLP?

Make an appropriate agreement with the partner to bring the brand as capital contribution and for exclusive use of the "Brand". The agreement should protect the interest of Firm and the partner both.
