hello good evening to every one.recently in may 2014 i cleared my ca final both groups.i got selected in jindal steels and kotak mahindra bank.
jindal steels:
location:nandyal-plant loaction
job description:junior manager in finance department.
sector: manufacturing-cemet factory
ctc:5.33lak
kotak mahindra bank:
location: bangalore
job: credit manager
sector:banking
ctc:6.00lak
iam confused regarding the selection among both.can you please tell me which industry is better for a fresher to join and in which sector there is a growth for ca,and in which sector work is more related to ca.

the better option could be, you give APTITUDE test which will decide whether you are best fit for BANKING sector or otherwise.
