Regarding remady for fee not received from client

16 September 2018 Dear Sir/Madam
I informing you that i filing the return of
my client. But client not fee paid and go for other professional. Now i want to revise his return for stop his refund without his permission. So please suggest me in this regard.

16 September 2018 As we are in profession, doing such a cheap thing to revis return & all is not suggested.

You call ur client & remind him to pay your fee soon.

I have called to him many time but he only challange to me for stop refund. He also send me a fake application for FIR for revise return submitted by me at one time.

16 September 2018 You Cant do anything except to ask him for settlement & to convince him for providing refund. You can also take help of some other professional to convince him.
