One of my client Claim for Refund cheque , but Now he is located in another place/city . Now he wants to ask his refund cheque for the assesment year 2012-13 at new address which is different from address given in ITR and also from Pan Database. When I call to customer care executive then he said that you can call it even at new address also, for this go to My account/Request for Refund Reissue. But Now IT efiling website has become change and now when I goto MY ACCOUNT/REFUND REISSue Request I am getting that there is no refund failure, jabki Refund Cheque by post aa kar undeliver hone se wapas chala gaya hai aur Refund Status bhi REFUND UNPAID dikha raha hai.WHAT TO DO ? When I tell the same to online helpline then he again telling to do the same. Secondly There is No option in MY Account>SERVICES> REFUNd reissue request to New address as was available in old it website. How to solve the matter.?
