2)First take this to your boss notice and ask him to make payment for his membership fees
3)You need to contact nearest regional branch of icai to know reliable information on how it will effects your articleship..

1)you are not eligible to register under him and so you need to register with some other person
or
2)your article ship registration will be resumed after once he paid his membership fee
It is highly recommended you to contact nearest icai branch so that you can come to know about best course of action from your part
