I HAVE TAKEN TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ON WHICH RCM LIABILITY IS THERE. BUT SUPPLIES ARE EXEMPT UNDER GST. AM I LIABLE TO PAY UNDER RCM , EVENTHOUGH MY SUPPLIES ARE EXEMPT?

YES. You are liable to pay GST under RCM on transportation services, even if your outward supplies are fully exempt.
Exemption of your own supplies does NOT cancel RCM liability.
