Is there any time period of payment of demand of income tax?
Is there any other challan specified 4 PAYMENT OF such demand?
If not then by name we wil pay it (self assessment or any other)?

This is payment agaist demand, challans are same but not under self assessment. pay tax under demand and attached demand letter with covering referance letter.any further query , mail me on cabrijbhushan@gmail.com

Time limit is 30 days from the service of demand notice issued u/s 156.
The required challan is ITNS 280 and for nature of payment tick mark in column 'tax on regular assessment'
