21 August 2012 I belonged to UP,Kindly Reply how much amount of stamp paper for partner DEED registration? And another court fees amount?

21 August 2012 the stamp duty is based on the Capital introduced. The initial limit of inr 50000 capital calls for a stamp of inr 500/-

Each then on what amount of stamp require for registered partner to deed?

23 August 2012 If the initial cotribution is 20Lakh, the stam duty is leviable on that amount. There is a max CAP on stamp duty, please check the same.
