09 May 2017 hello expert, one of my client registered his partnership firm in telangana state with place of business mentioned in that deed and he want to start same business in A.P with place of business in Andhra pradesh also. Banker in A.p is asking a new registration of firm copy in place of business in andhra. not in telangana state,for opening a Current a/c in the name of partnership firm.

09 May 2017 Basically try to educate the Banker that the firm is registered in Telangana. Now it wants to expand its opreations in AP. So? No need to get the same firm re registered in any other State of India, including AP.
