09 June 2014 IF A CA join any CA firm,then is it necessary for the CA Firm to inform about his date of joining and his previous employment also or only date of joining should be informed.

09 June 2014 No need to inform anybody. If he holds the membership no. He is free to join a job anywhere. But in Practice case he must inform that to ICAI.

10 June 2014 but sir is it necessary for that CA firm to inform about previous employment of CA while
employing CA along with Date of his joining.

10 June 2014 No, only admission of the partner will b informed to the ICAI, but not by the Firm but by the admitting partner only.
