Dear sir/Mam
I completed my IPCC both groups in may 2013. I am currently doing my articleship. I applied for BCOM degree in IGNOU. Please tell me when will i get my degree certificate.

you are also supposed to write a few papers with IGNOU. However, the degree is given only after completing 3 years. Not sure if this requirement has been waived off or not.
