Regarding my change of initial

10 September 2011 I cleared my IPCC in the current batch (MAY 2011). After my exams i got married in June 2011. Now i am applying for my final registration. All my documents contains the initial of my father but now i have to change it to my husband's name. But the final registration form specifies that name should be written as in the previous documents. Wat should i do now... Give me a solution for this ..... Not only name change there is a change in my address too ....

10 September 2011 you can continue to write your father name. need not be change name. it is your choice.
you can write a application alongwith marriage certificate to icai officals.
