Hello sir,
I am an MBA in finance and working in Capgemini India pvt Ltd in finance and accounts domain. I am also pursuing CA in final stage. Overall I have 3 years of experience. If I can clear CA will it help me in my career, because in many organisation they require post qualification experience....So will the companies take my present experience as post qualification experience or they will count the experience after passing CA final.

Your current experience will not be considered as post CA qualification experience. But when you complete CA, your current experience will help you a lot in finding a good job. Further CA is a professional qualification so there is nothing to worry.
