14 June 2016 Dear Experts,

I want to get bank loan around Rs. 10,00,000/- and my salary is Rs. 18000/- p.m. Purpose of loan is to buy a car and make it commercial for personal travel business. My query is my consultant is telling me that, there is need to prepare last 3 year ITR and my business projection statement for bank loan. Is he right ?

14 June 2016 yes, bank will take three year ITR for if you have then you can submit with the bank. and projection demand for the profitability of your business viability than you make repayment of the loan and intt on time.
