07 February 2024 I think judgement says 'A widow can manage the HUF assets if the coparceners are minors until the eldest coparcener attains majority', A widow can be a member but not coparcener...and can manage HUF assets or represent on behalf of HUF, only if no major coparcener is available, else only eldest coparcener will be karta
