08 September 2016 sir, i have done my ipcc direct entry registration and after some days i received a letter that internet download marksheet are not acceptable and i had not received my marksheet from college till now .can a send a print out marksheet with covering letter pls reply soon

Why u are making such example ? Just fill the form and submit it to ICAI .

If u send the marksheet attested with college administrator they will not reject .
