Regarding input claim of excise duty

19 June 2013 Hi...

I had doubt that it is possible to claim cenvat inuput without registration and can i claim full input in case of purchase of capital goods.

If input claim is not claimed in any year whether it can claim next year.Is there any lapse of time for input.....

19 June 2013 Yes input balance can be carried forward and as far as capital goods are concerned input of the same can be claimed in 2equal installments....and without registration input can not be claimed.
