Regarding income tax notice

07 April 2015 sir i have received a notice from local income tax for non filling of itr. as per notice & 26 as some tds is deducted on fdr. deptt is requiring itr from ay 2010-11. what i should do. how can i file itr from 2010-11. assessee has only agriculture income. tds amt is rs.12500. pl guide me completely . thanks

08 April 2015 1. You can prepare the return manually.
2. Visit your Income Tax Ward and file the return and obtain a acknoledgement.
3. Login your income tax website
4. Go to compliance tab
5. Update the ack details.

In case. your are seeking refund, then file application for condonation of delay in before Commissioner of Income Tax
