sir i have received a notice from local income tax for non filling of itr. as per notice & 26 as some tds is deducted on fdr. deptt is requiring itr from ay 2010-11. what i should do. how can i file itr from 2010-11. assessee has only agriculture income. tds amt is rs.12500. pl guide me completely . thanks

1. You can prepare the return manually.
2. Visit your Income Tax Ward and file the return and obtain a acknoledgement.
3. Login your income tax website
4. Go to compliance tab
5. Update the ack details.
