WE PURCHASE SOME RAW MATERIAL FROM CHINA. THEN HOW WILL I TAKE ITC OF THESE IGST AMOUNT IN GSTR 2 . WILL CHINA SUPPLIER ADD INVOICE OR ETC. PLEASE REPLY

IT MEANS SUPPLIER NOT FILL GSTR 1 . WE WILL FILL GSTR 2 AND ADD THESE IMPORT PURCHASE BILL DETAIL

Yes. Exactly you only fill the details for the import purchase. Bcoz, the supplier is not in India. They are other country.
So, Who can fill the details, That is UUUUUUUU
