Sir ,
I have taken the service Tax No as Service Receipient in GTA Service . Previously The Transporter has charged the Service Tax from me on his Service Tax No . Please guide me How Can the File the return in the case Service Tax is collected by the transporter.

Liability of service recipient under RCM is absolute and not diluted by fact of payment of service tax to service provider ... Pl pay yourself and if any service tax wrongly paid to transporter recover it from him in subsequent bills... He can also get the same refunded / adjusted from / by the ST Deptt..

Sir ,I Know U r right , But Due the the Death of the Transporter His legal heirs start his business in the new name and ST No on the same venue .

Transporter is not Supported us ,Can Range Supddtt do some thing in this matter .
