20 August 2010 AGM is annaul general meeting is an annual thing and is called once in a year only.

If meeting of shareholders other than AGM it is EOGM.

20 August 2010 There is no provision in the act prohibiting the holding of two AGM's on the same day. If the AOA do not contain any provision to the contrary, AGM for the current year as well as for the previous year can be held on the same day. There should, however, be separate notices for each meeting, and they should be held at different timings.
