20 November 2012 Mr. X having Income from Salary for Rs.100000/- and having Fixed Deposit in bank and Accrued Interest on FD is 11000/- so their is TDS liability

Sir my question is that as Income is below Taxable Limit, should I can submit Form 15G/H in bank for non deduction of TDS.

Pls Reply its very urgent

20 November 2012 Yes, you can submit the form 15G/H in bank for non deduction of TDS because for solution of problems like yours these forms were brought up by the govt.
