Is form 3CB required for sec 25 Cos and trusts????? Can nyone help me out in this matter at the earliest.....

Dear Savitha
Trusts are required to get their accounts audited u/s 12A and form 10B is used for the same.
Hence, Form 3CB is not applicable to them.
