21 August 2009 Is form 3CB required for sec 25 Cos and trusts????? Can nyone help me out in this matter at the earliest.....

21 August 2009 Dear Savitha

Trusts are required to get their accounts audited u/s 12A and form 10B is used for the same.

Hence, Form 3CB is not applicable to them.
