Dear Sir,
Please advise me, if form 15CA filed against the remittance to foreign parties for payment of commission but for any of the reason the remmittance have not been made, What is the rules for cancel the 15CA already filed ?

Please inform your Bank not to submit Form 15CA to RBI.I suppose they will do so on their own accord.Speak to them and you'll get this clarified.
