Can we file Form 10AB for permanent registration of 80G and 12A after 6 months of commencing activities? or we required to file again form 10A? plz advise

19 April 2023 What is your provisional registration period. You have to file form 10AB before 6 months of expiry of provisional registration.

19 April 2023 Sir, Provisional period upto AY 2024-25 but we commenced activities 1 year ago from now, So what we do now??
