regarding form 108

05 March 2011 sir,i wanted to know that if an article is receiving his/her stiphend in cash,then how would he/she fill an bank's account no in form 108 which is regarding completion of articleship training

05 March 2011 Not a problem. But atleast 2times in an year u should have taken cheques. Anyways u just fill ur bank details in 108. Icai vl not verify ur bank a/c. So no problem.

05 March 2011 actualy sir my frnd has completed his 3 yrs of articleship training..but uptil now he has still not received his stiphend by the way of cheque...so is there any solution to it sir??

05 March 2011 No problems, even during my articleship period i didnt take cheque. So nothng to worry. Just write ur bank details nothng vl happen.
