Dear Sir, I have delayed my submission of 108 Form by 12 days then in whose favour demand draft will be drawn and where it is payable mean in Jaipur or delhi if I am from jaipur

delay beyond the 30 days period permitted?
if yes, then draw DD in favor of The Secretary, ICAI for Rs 100. Make it payable at the regional council center you are depositing ie Delhi.
