Dear Sir,
One of my client is doing export business. When he collects the amount from foreign, should he furnish the FIRC..? or what steps to be followed.?

FIRC certifcate has to be submitted to RBI along with KYC which will issued by authorized dealer i.e bank(Receiving the Funds) . Do consult CA or Cs for further guidance.
