Can i file original return for Assessment year 2007-2008 now? It is ITR-1 and only salary income? If yes where can it be filed?

Cannot file since barred by time.

Yes u can file the return. just print out the form from any software or arrange A.Y. 07-08 I.T.R. and file the return. As per latest decision in one case u can file nil return at any point of time.

But where can i file the return? Since i have already tried at BKC but they didnt accept the return.
