17 August 2011 As i have completed my training in july 2011 and have already submitted the form 108 but the completion certificate has not been issued yet. So under which option should i fill in the service certificate. Either on already completed or in to be completed in 31st october2011.

17 August 2011 you should fill it in category Completed as on 31 st october 2011 and then u can attach letter stating that u havent recieved the articleship completeion letter yet and you will dispatch it as soon as u recieve it.
