Regarding esi appplicability for it company in sez

22 January 2014 Dear Sir,

Our company holds more than 100 employees and it was not registered for ESI...our lowest salary is 8000 per month. But we are operating in SEZ...so we can enjoy benefits through ICT policy 2010 but is ESi applicable for our company?

please guide me

At present there is no such exemption available. You will be required to pay ESI.
