Dear Sir,
Is is mandatory to file ER-5 & 6 returns to all the assesees from this year as we had not paid duty above Rs.1 crore through PLA in the previous year?
Is there is any changes during this year?
Please reply soon.

No, 1 crore limit continuous, But those who required to file ER-5,6, E filing is mandatory.

The limit is not 1crore ,its total duty payment 10 lacs during last financial year. If you have crossed this limit then you require to file both the returns.
