Regarding eligibility for ipcc exams

I have completed one year articleship and took transfer of articles due to health reasons and joined under a new principal in the month of june but my articleship is not yet registered. will I be eligible to write nov 15 IPCC exams? i joined Ca under direct entry scheme

Thank u...... 2 articles in the present firm has discontinued articleship without prior information and I was joined to that place but have receieved a letter from icai that my articleship could not be registered as there is no vacancy under the principal and seeked a reply from my principal but my principal is not ready to give the reply to icai....... if I join under different principal my 4 months service under this principal Wil b invalid...... what steps can I tak for my articles registration in the above situation? Pls give a reply
