Regarding double return file

20 April 2012 Sir, one of my friend has filed his return of 2010-11 on 30th mar.2012 through e-filling but no ack. has been recieved in his mail id ,so he filled the same return manually.How this mistake can rectify. Pls help me.sanjay

20 April 2012 The department will take action at its own level. You need not to worry much as any how, you have tried your best and luckily you have remained successful at both the counters. Imagine the situation when none of the return could have been filed ?

21 April 2012 YOU CAN DO ONE THING DON'T SEND THE SIGNED COPY OF RETURN TO BANGALORE, AS PER PROCEDURE IF YOU DON'T SEND THE RETURN COPY THAN RETURN SUBMITTED BY YOU IS AUTOMATICALLY DELETED AS IF YOU HAVE NOT FILED THE RETURN.

THAN DEPARTMENT WILL CONSIDER YOUR MANUALLY FILED RETURN.
